What if my package is damaged? 
In the regrettable circumstance where your order is received in a damaged or faulty condition, kindly retain both the items and packaging and promptly reach out to us at [email protected]
By doing so, we can efficiently arrange for a replacement, refund, or exchange to address the issue. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you contact us within 5 days of the delivery date. Please be aware that after this specified timeframe, we may be unable to assume liability for any damage incurred during transit. Your prompt communication is essential to ensuring a swift resolution to any concerns you may have regarding the condition of your order.


What is your refund policy?
If you find the goods unsatisfactory or have had a change of heart, you possess the right to cancel within 5 days of receiving the items. Simply send an email to [email protected] , informing us of your decision and the reason behind it.

Upon the return of your order, we will promptly reach out to discuss either a refund (minus the original shipping fee) or an exchange. To facilitate this process, we kindly request that you retain the original order and packaging until we establish contact with you.

It's worth noting that in certain instances, the specific print you purchased may no longer be available due to its limited edition status. If such a situation arises, rest assured that you will receive a refund as reproducing a sold-out edition is not feasible. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding in these matters.


What if my package goes missing?

In the rare instance that your order goes missing in transit, we'll liaise with both you and the relevant shipment company to address the situation promptly.

While we are not accountable for orders once they are in the hands of shipment companies, we are committed to offering refunds, replacements, or exchanges as necessary to our valued customers.

To prevent any issues, we proactively check shipment addresses before dispatch. However, as we may not always catch mistakes, we cannot be held responsible for errors in contact details provided by customers, leading to potential order losses.

How to best care for my artwork?
When handling your artwork, exercise caution during the unpacking process to prevent any potential damage. Utilize a sharp blade or scissors to carefully score the tape on the exterior of the package. Avoid bending the cardboard that secures the artwork, and when extracting it from the packaging, delicately remove the acid-free tape that secures both the tissue and corners in place.

Prior to attempting to take the print out of the tissue, be sure to remove the corners gently. Additionally, take care not to drag anything across the image to avoid causing any unintended damage. By following these steps, you can preserve the quality and integrity of your prints for years to come.
